Welcome to RealMenta. These Terms of Service govern the provision of premium real estate legal support services offered at realmenta.vip. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

RealMenta provides personalized legal support for real estate matters, including contract drafting, property due diligence, title review and dispute resolution assistance. Each engagement is scoped in a separate agreement outlining the scope, duration and fees.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates and training materials related to property law and transaction best practices. Access to these materials is granted upon full payment, and downloads are delivered via secure links.

4. Goods

RealMenta may supply physical items such as printed reference manuals or branded materials. Details of any goods purchase will be provided at the time of order, including delivery estimates.

5. Payment

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major card payments and bank transfers. Fees are quoted in Swiss francs. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of service.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Clients may request one rescheduling of service within 30 days of the original date. Premium investigation packages are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of expert resources and third-party searches.

6.2 Information Products

Refund requests for digital materials must be made within 14 days of purchase and prior to download. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment source. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, no refund is available.

6.3 Goods

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 14 days. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

RealMenta’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential outcomes arising from the use of our offerings.
